This rustic log bar is the larger, common size bar we build. The log bar is built using solid pine logs that are clean peeled to take off the extra bark and cambium. A custom made bar can be built to your specifications, whatever your needs are: different angles and bar lengths to fit the room, more cabinets or drawer space, extra shelves, an area for a sink, a wine rackthe possibilities are endless! This is a polymer coating that is an extremely clear, tough, high gloss surface coating formulated to produce a deep glass like appearance in a single layer. • All accent logs, handles, doors, drawer fronts, and tops are hand drawknifed to give each piece a rustic look
• Drawer fronts and doors are constructed of solid laminated strips of 1 1/2 Ponderosa Pine which helps to prevent warping and cracking
• Bar top is constructed of solid laminated strips of 2 1/2 Ponderosa pine with a liquid glass bar top finish

• All doors have self closing, three-way adjustable, concealed hinges

We will deliver your table to anywhere in the continental USA (excluding California, Alaska and Hawaii) free of charge.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically check our warehouses to confirm that your product is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made.

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (usually within 5-7 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Tracking: 

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order within the time frame given to you from us. We have no control over your shipment once it has left the warehouse and unfortunately from time to time, shipments may be delayed or misplaced in transit. In this case, we will make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Where we deliver:

We ship to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or US Military Basis at this time. As of the moment, we do not deliver to PO or APO/FPO boxes. 

Delivery overseas:

We do not ship overseas. However, we can ship to a warehouse based in the US from where you can personally arrange shipment to anywhere in the world.

Damages:

First of all, we can assure you that damages almost never occur, and in 99% of cases the items arrive in perfect condition.

In the rare event that the item is damaged, proceed as follows:

If the item(s) is damaged it must be signed for as "Damaged" upon delivery otherwise, it is not eligible for refund or exchange. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person.

Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, physically write "damaged" on the bill of lading and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier.

If it is badly damaged, refuse to accept the item.

Also, please take pictures of the damaged product and email us at info@homebarsamericana.com within 24 hours to file a claim request. It is very important that you follow up with this procedure, as we otherwise have to deny the damage cl

Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellation after ordering due to change of mind:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a 16% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

If you knowingly accept to wait for a product that is on backorder and will take longer than usual to ship but you then decide to cancel the order we will charge a 16% restock fee. This fee helps us covering fees by payment service providers and lost administration time for processing your order as well as covering for the spot lost for another customer who would have been happy to wait for the order.

In case of damage during shipping:

We will make sure that you receive either a replacement or a refund, if the damage has been reported in a timely manner, not later then 3 days (including weekends) after it arrived. If you notice the damage please send an email to us with details and as many photos as possible so we can check in detail and provide the shipper with those photos to file a claim.

In case of damage due to manufacturer issue:

Most of our brands can be replaced without issue and shipping will covered as well. These brands are:

Order Changes

Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is complete, or the phone order is placed, we immediately submit your order to our order processing team. Therefore, we cannot cancel any orders once the order has been processed.  However, you can contact us at info@homebarsamericana.com and submit a request within 1 hour after the order was placed, or call us at (800) 000-0000 and we will attempt to change your order for you. We will try our best but we cannot guarantee that your order can be changed. If your order has been processed or shipped, we will be unable to change or cancel the order

Returns:

Unfortunately, most of our manufacturers do not allow returns. Once an item has reached its destination, there are no opportunities to returns for most of our brands. Please refer to the product page or the manufacturer's page to find out if a manufacturer allows returns.

Damages:

However, if a product gets damaged during transit we will take care that the product gets replaced or the amount refunded to the customer. Please always read our instructions carefully, which we will be sending out to you shortly after your order has shipped. If your products arrives damaged you must take note of it on the BOL and in some cases decline it at all if it is drastically damaged. In any case, please get in touch with us as soon as possible in such cases. We will always send further instructions via your provided email to you after you bought the item and it was shipped out.
